My Story
Have you ever wondered how is it that other people seem to achieve their life goals early on…while it seems like no matter what YOU DO, and how good YOU ARE, you always get the short end of the stick – or get no stick at all?
Hi, I’m Hema and that was the feeling I had for several years of my life. At the beginning of 2013, my whole world fell apart with the devastating end of my engagement with my fiance AND getting laid off from my job within days of each other. I was doing all the things that society told me I needed to do to be successful and happy. I was the nicest person I could be – helpful, sweet, caring and compassionate.
So why was I not achieving my goals? What was I doing wrong? Why was I not successful nor happy?
My final turning point didn’t come until another 4 years later, in 2017, when this cycle repeated itself (for the hundredth time it seemed). I found myself at rock bottom with another failed relationship – where the betrayal cut me so deep that I felt completely and utterly broken. The end of this particular relationship hit me the deepest.
At rock bottom, there was nowhere else to go. So..I took a long, hard look at myself and finally saw my unhealthy patterns.
And so began my healing journey.
Since 2017, I descended countless times into the underworld of my subconscious and unconscious. I came face to face with my past traumas and societal conditioning that caused me to adopt false beliefs and narratives about myself that ran my entire system on default. I also realized that these goals I was chasing – and failing at – weren’t actually my goals – these goals were society’s conditioning – and many of them were completely out of alignment with my actual truth. No wonder I was failing at them!
I rewired my entire nervous system with pleasure and sensuality using holistic tools like breathwork, yoga, visualization, kriya, sounding, movement and psyche exploration.
My primordial, wild, vibrant, sensual energy found home again in me. And this was my sweetest homecoming ever.
Sharing this experience through coaching is my gift of love to my fellow sisters.

About Hema
Hema Love is an Elite Sex, Love & Relationship coach specializing in Feminine Embodied Sensuality. Her coaching style uniquely bridges modern neuroscience and ancient tantric spirituality, ultimately leading her clients to a rock-solid inner compass guiding them to embody their true vibrant, effervescent, sensual feminine energy.
Hema is trained in the VITA Method through the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. This method combines the deep wisdom of Tantra along with scientifically validated methods of transformation in neuroscience. In 2019, Hema received the powerful and sacred Tantric transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya from Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev; a systematic tantric approach for personal liberation. Additionally, Hema holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing from New York University (NYU).
Drawing from her tantric educational training and deep love for humanity, Hema’s transmission offers potent and profound healing to the soma, psyche and nervous system.
